"We appreciate your review. We noticed the B rating for price and quality, unfortunately when you have a warranty plan through a company they set the pricing outside of our control and don't allow us to change anything. As for the quality, they choose what system to install, order it and send it to us to install. There are times in any brand (system) installed you may receive a system that is new that will have a faulty part. We try our best to provide the best service possible and understand frustrations as this."

I have used them for the last 15 years. It was excellent. They're fast, they're efficient and they're cheap. They don't try to gouge you on price. If he can repair a system, he will rather than just an automatic replacement. I have 6 other homes and the rental companies, all want to do when something breaks is that they will just replace the system for $4,500. I've called him and he has repaired systems for me $150. So his integrity is great, his efficiency is great. He is cost conscious and I've worked with him for 15 years for that reason.
