 + -1 moreOn the following Saturday, it was pouring down rain. I figured they would not be very busy, so I stopped in. There was one customer, browsing. A different employee, behind the desk asked if he could help me. I asked if the man I had had the appointment with was there. He said, yes, and asked for my name. He was gone a few minutes and came back and said that "He" was working on a computer in the back and could not come out. That is the kind of Customer Service they have given since day one. Arrogant, dismissive and not accomadating. Every Mac Store I have ever been to in larger cities is always buzzing with activity, people smiling, employees helping customers, excitement. Not here. They are NOT a Mac store. They are an independent store that handles Apple Products and their service and attitude do not represent the Apple name as others do.
Description of Work: I had made an appointment for 11:00 am on Wednesday. When I arrived, the man behind the desk said the man I had appointment with was not there. He also, looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. No apology, no nothing. He did ask if I wanted to leave my name and number. I did. Six days later, no call. So, therefore the provider did nothing.
