That is the kind of Customer Service they have given since day one. Arrogant, dismissive and not accomadating. Every Mac Store I have ever been to in larger cities is always buzzing with activity, people smiling, employees helping customers, excitement. Not here.
They are NOT a Mac store. They are an independent store that handles Apple Products and their service and attitude do not represent the Apple name as others do.
"In this situation, yes, we did have an issue that day. We were short handed and planned to help [member name removed] as soon as possible. Within about 10 minutes, Matthew Long, the one who has helped [member name removed] countless times without any charge for service became available and [member name removed] had left. We help people everyday without appointment, and without making them pay for it. We also offer free Mac Classes on Tuesday nights to the public and free iPad classes to the public on Thursday nights. LifeBytes is all about customer service. We apologize for the inconvenience in this case and will contact [member name removed] to resolve any issues. If you go to a real Apple Store, you won't get service right away since they are so terribly busy. We alter that mentality by helping people as quick as possible, even if it's only 10 minutes."
