About us

Our 35 employees serve you in the five divisions of our company. We clean about 200 pools & spas for our regular commercial & residential customers. For our regular customers & for the pool community generally, we perform routine repair services & both minor & major pool & spa renovations. We also provide common area cleaning to numerous COAs along the beaches in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, & Perdido Key.

This was a horrible experience. LA Pool and Spa moved my spa with a fork lift and rattled and bumped it several times during the delivery. After the spa was dropped on to the concrete slab, the fork lift driver picked the spa up really high on one of the corners and broke the side panel. LA Pool and Spa also left my spa on the slab crooked and didn't want to move again because of fear of breaking more. The owner was very rude when I asked him about the damage. I tried to show him several damaged spots on the Swim Spa but he didn't want to listen to me and was argumentative, he was telling me that I was wrong. We finally got into an argument because of the roughshod delivery and he walked off never to return to finish the job. I called the manufacturer and they basically said this wasn't their problem. LA Pool and Spa also damaged my fence and yard and never returned to fix. They also didn't assist with any setup.
