+ -1 moreThis was one of the most unhappy, frustrating experiences of my life. Ron Kutter refused to return calls, having his office manager be the go between every single time, and she inevitably would have to consult with him before answering. So that I could secure our pet and unlock the gate, I asked to be alerted in advance when the grass-cutting crew would be coming, Not once did I receive that courtesy. Bottom line: Kutter's Grounds Maintenance is likely the largest such company in Baldwin County and maintains numerous properties, particular condominiums, very well. But he is too big and is not organized to be responsive to a homeowner.
Description of Work: I had known Ron Kutter and his work at condos for several years, so I asked him for advice on my home's landscaping. He verbally provided ideas but it took several requests to get a proposal, an omen of things to come. We accepted his proposal for about $2700 and were initially happy with the results. I also hired him for weekly lawn maintenance of our residence, an area in which he said he wished to expand his business.
