"When speaking with the owner I had explained that resurfacing would not fix the problem, because of the slope next to the pad. The fix was too expensive for her. I told her resurfacing could help redirect the standing water, which it did. All the money paid went to the materials. There was absolutely no gain in the job. I had the tools to complete the job, but my mixer had broke and the bucket had got a hole, so I had asked to borrow the owners wheelbarrow instead of driving an hour to go back to storage and get my backup supplies and an hour to return to finish. Their wheelbarrow was scrubbed, cleaned and put back where it was. She failed to mention that I cleaned and picked up the mess around the pad and pressure washed the back of her home that was green and molded."
