The job went very well. The technicians were late but had called to let us know. They were friendly and got down to work and did an excellent job for the price quoted.

Contractor was 1 1/2 hours late. Technician was professional but not at all friendly. He only spoke to us to apologize for his tardiness, to determine cleaning area and to give us the bill. I asked if he could add a chair and he said he didn't have time. He couldn't take credit card payments, I had to call it into the office and it took a couple of calls to reach someone.
