"1.17? One of our technicians did leave a couple of boxes in the attic uncovered. He also drilled a hole through Sheetrock. I would never knowingly allow this to happen without making it right. My technician claimed it was very hot that day and he was up and down the attic a good portion of the day. I sent my technician back out to make it right and the customer refused to let him in. I then scheduled another technician who did end up correcting the mistakes. My deep apologies."
"The Panel that was replaced was in terrible shape. When we replaced the Old Panel with the New Panel a few circuits were difficult to determine where they went. The circuit in question was in a downstairs closet which we did not have access to at the time the work was performed."
