Clay was such a pleasure to work with. He listened to our ideas and brought several ideas and options to us. His workers were very professional and courteous. He was on time for our update meetings and finished each project within the allotted time. What we liked most was he did what he said he would do on time. We had planned a Christmas vacation with the whole family and had to have the project done by Dec. 24th. He was completed by Dec. 20th taking the stress off the travel plans.We have employed him on several follow up jobs that we planned and they have been completed with the same diligence as the first. He is working on adding crown molding to several rooms for us now.

It went really well! I could not believe the transformation! I've used Conrad Construction over the last few years for projects. The owner, Clay Conrad, and his men are very professional, knowledgeable and reliable! I trust their expertise and advice. They always explain details in terms I can understand, and have never tried those "high pressure" techniques I have experienced in the past. I will continue utilizing them for all my needs large and small, they can handle it!
