Clint Hill

I thought my house sold in October ( it didn't go through) but my son and I flew to the Gulf Shores/area and Clint began showing us homes.  After about 5 homes, Clint knew exactly what I had in mind.  We found one and made a contingent offer.  When the offer on my home fell through, someone else got the home I wanted.  I was pretty down.  Clint was always positive.  He continued to send links and would call and check with me several times a week.
My house sold in December and we flew again in January.  Clint had a line up of houses again.  He made the search fun and really reduced the stress.  We narrowed it to three and with family support, chose my house.  Again, Clint was professional and hardworking. This was a long distance move so all the paperwork and financial work could have been a nightmare.  He connected me with the most pleasant financial and insurance people I have ever worked with.  Clint and "the crew" would sometimes call me two or three times a day, just to get all the paperwork ready.  It was really a magic act; my NY house was a cash offer and the new owners wanted to close and get in.  That meant my paperwork in Alabama needed to move quickly and closings had to line up.
Through all this, Clint was by my side.  He was calm and kept me calm; he made sure that I did not stress which would affect my MS. 
We closed in NY and drove to Alabama.  Drove to Alabama through some snow and ice.  Clint arranged the closing and we were in our new house.
It didn't stop there.  Clint has continued to provide helpful advice on finding necessary things in the community.  
Clint works for Exit Realty and I hold him in the highest regard.  I have sold several houses and dealt with several realtors.  My experience with realtors was not positive.
 I would recommend Clint Hill without reservation.  He makes sure your experience in finding a home is pleasant and you get what you want.  He knows the area.  He does not drop you when the house is bought or sold.
