He returned and replaced the defective parts. DO NOT BUY A FRIGIDAIRE! There was no way I could have impacted the tubing that burst and shorted the relay, it was a bad part that wasn't covered in the warranty.
He was prompt, courteous, and honest. The charge is for two service calls and the parts. I am delighted I didn't have to replace a refrigerator that was just out of warranty.
