Lonnie Stowe of Air One Heating & Cooling was very professional, very personable, and very good at explaining what he was doing, how the system works, and why the system was not working.  He had no problem what-so-ever sharing his knowledge.  This removed any lingering concerns I may have had as to what was going on.  I knew what was going on.  The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish.  The fact that he took the time to get the model number, make, date of installation, and quiz me on when we actually began using the sytem in order to argue for warranty coverage was a very pleasant surprise.  His "above and beyound" initive to do that saved me about $900, the cost of the unit itself.  His assistant, Wayne, was also down home pleasant.  Both were professional and courteous but, beyound that, they were genuinely friendly and confident, not arrogrant confidence but quiet and comfortable confidence, in doing their job.

Lonnie went and picked up the hood system from an existing location moved it to the new location, installed it and had it inspected in 3 days. Great job! I would highly recommend air one to anyone looking for a competent heating and air company.

I was very pleased with his work. Lonnie is business like, yet friendly . I feel he is knowledgeable about central air units, as well as honest. I will use him again. I highly recommend him
