About us
At the moment there are 5 employees that work for Advanced Design Services. We do sub out the items we are not licensed for such as plumbing and electrical work to local companies. We do not bill until all work is complete and if you are referred to us, we generally give a small discount off the invoice.

I know you will be more than satisfied., We offer a wide range of services from painting a bathroom to building a home! We are capable of doing most tasks that are asked. If we don't know how to do that one thing, we will find out how or be glad to help find the person who can. The only thing we do not do is any kind of roofing. We are not roofers. Anything other than that

This was not the first time we have used Cary Devole (dba Advanced Design Services). Our first encounter was March 2013 when he and his company completely repainted our Condo, rewired an office area, and fixed all plumbing and lighting problems and installed 4 TV's with concealed wiring prior to our move in date. Cary was recommended by our Realtor and all of our communication was done long distance as we were over 800 miles away.. Work was done on time, accurately and at very reasonable cost and we moved in on our anticipated date.
All work has been done as expected, on time and they always clean up after the work is complete.
