Told me that I needed an entire new a-coil because it had copper tubing, not aluminum. IT's A NEW UNIT! I've seen enough air conditioners to know better. Took panels off the outside compressor where problem did not exist and did I-don't-know-what. That was Friday. Tuesday it is not cooling at all.
Charged $250 for less than an hour's work. The unit's parts are still covered under warranty so it was ALL LABOR!! I won't call him back. And I'll ask for hourly labor costs in advance.
