Very Professional. There were no surprises. Matched bi-annual preventive maintenance agreement cost, when I told them another A/C company was providing the service for less. Very pleasant owner who deals directly with his customers, unlike some of his competitors. It is evident that this company stays very busy because they have an excellent reputation and do an excellent job! It took me calling them a couple of times; however, it was the peak of summer and there was a high demand for emergency repair jobs, and I was just needing preventive maintenance. This company is easy to deal with and they honor their word.
