I got two estimates for a complete replacement for the outside heat pump and inside air handler. Mr. Fitzsimmons recommended a system that would provide the most value for the money and not have more capability than needed. His quote ended up being almost half the quote of another vendor who was highly rated on Angies' List. Mr. Fitzsimmons was very patient in explaining the features of the new system and why he thought it was adequate for our house. On the day of the installation, he was very considerate of my wife who was sick. He installed the new system on the day promised and in the time frame promised. He also left the installation manuals as requested.

We were satisfied with the service we received from Mr. Fitzsimmons. He is very professional and a nice gentlemen to deal with. He is a local Grand Bay resident as are we so it is usually easy to get him over, though we have only had need of his service a couple of times.

They were prompt and very helpful. They were punctual and responsive. I will use them again in the future.

We took over a former rental property that was having issues with central heat/air unit. This was last summer and AC was needed badly! First call we had to have a capacitor replaced which got the unit running. About a month later we noticed that the unit just wouldn't cool and had it serviced again - this time the refrigerant was added. We were advised that the unit might have a leak and that we should have it checked again in the future. It has been about a year and the unit is still running OK. Will probably need another service call later this summer. Fitzsimmons is a local company and the technician was friendly and explained the repairs in good detail. I don't know much about pricing, I don't think it was too high - I think it was a fair price for professional service.
