Nice folks. Came when they promised. Did fairly good work but missed several dirt dobber nests and part of 2 phoebe nests which meant I had to wash floors of those areas after I got what they missed. Also, the grime removed from parking area was left on adjacent driveway. Again, pleasant and prompt but not as thorough as they should have been.

I contacted Tri County Pressure Washing around noon, was called shortly thereafter, met Hayden for a quote the following morning, and the job was finished by 2 pm. The quality of the work and the price was great. I couldn't speak highly enough about these guys in a simple review. These guys get it done.

He did the best he could on the pine swap on our home. The initial wash was not complete and still looked dark in and places. He came back and tried again and was better but still had places on the roof. He told me up front that he may not work as well as we want due to the age of the roof. Very Honest.

I would say that the work itself was very good. They showed up 2hrs early, which was a great surprise. The job was done quickly, about 250sqft of space. The pricing was slightly higher than my two previous hires. Example: for the price that I paid to this company I got about 250sqft of area washed. However with the previous company, for $50.00 more, I got a 500sqft area washed (same house) However the previous company wasn't insured. So I guess paying more for a peace of mind is worth it since this company was insured. Would I recommend, yes.

They arrived on time and the house, pool deck, and porch looks great. I will definitely hire again.

Mr. Gary Taley was timely. Our appointed was at 8 a,m. He arrived about 7:25 a.m. The job was completed about 10 a.m. Price was excellent. Will refer to others and plan to use them again.
