Entire home cleaned every two weeks; service was increased to weekly after a surgery. Very little is ever missed, in the rare event it is or something more is required/requested the service is graciously completed immediately or if too time consuming, at the next visit.

Kathy called me the day that I requested an estimate and we discussed the size of my house and what I needed. I was having my son's 6th birthday party on Saturday and we arranged for the team to come out Friday morning. Kathy called to confirm and make sure she had the correct directions. Then she called again Friday morning to let me know that they were on their way. They arrived right on time and worked for three hours straight. I was able to work on party items while they cleaned. Kathy and Amanda did a wonderful job and I've scheduled to have them come back bi-weekly.

We agreed on a scheduled time and day for the first cleaning. They came on time, and were ready to get down to business. They did an excellent job, are very professional, and I am ELATED to have them!! They thoroughly cleaned all the base boards, floors, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, cleaned all the doors and door jams,and even got the gunk off the shower doors! They were very patient with dog hair, and sleeping summertime kids. I HIGHLY recommend them!! The price they gave me was too low, so I added a little to their estimate, and I plan on keeping them!!

It went great. They did everything I asked and then some. I have pets and they worked around them and showed kindness to them as well. They arrived on time and did the job at what I considered to be a very fair price. They now clean my house on a regular schedule and I am very pleased.

they did a good job. my only complaints are my hard wood floors still looked dull andthe outside bottom of the toilet bowl still had some urine left behind.... they said they cleaned it and were confused why it was still dirty, so I don't know but there it was.

"As to the hard wood floors looking dull, we performed the work as written out by the homeowner with her mop. We used the products and method and mop that was left. It is an older home and we cleaned the floors well although it did not shine. We didn't buff or shine and I do not use wax products such as mop n glo or similar ones as it may appear shiny initially but in my experience builds up and causes a mess."

I messaged her a few weeks ago to see if she was available, we set up a date for her to come and clean and on the 26th of February, her and her crew came ready on time to do the work. We kept texting during the process and it went great.

April is very personable, flexible, and professional, and a joy to deal with. She has great availability and will work with you. She did a great job in cleaning my apartment even though I had only a limited amount of cleaning products and I had a lot of paperwork and move-in junk/mail to declutter. She also is helping me do my laundry, since I don't have a washer and dryer. I am definitely going to keep using her and would gladly recommend her. Her prices are so much more reasonable than most companies around here, and her whole family is nice when I met them.

April does a very good job. She asks how she is doing and if she is missing anything that I would like her to do. Sometimes I'm here the whole time, others I let her in and leave it in her hands. April is also flexible with her schedule. If we are going to be out of town or have overnight guests here, she works around it. She occasionally asks for adjustments herself, which has always worked out for both of us.
