Bob's Construction & Remodeling LLC

We called Bobby to have him look at what was going on.  He came out and said, "This is our fault.  We will fix this wall and all of the other areas that are just like this."  Apparently...his FIXING and my FIXING do not mean the same.  The ONLY thing they did was replace the OSB on one wall and scraped down some of our studs in the wall.  They did not replace the rotten studs on THREE load bearing walls.  He left mold inside my son's bedroom wall and also left the old insulation in the wall.  Now, please understand...we have loved this company for many years.  He has always been and excellent man to deal with until this year.  He REFUSED to even come out to our house and look at the MESS his men left and did not repair in 2009.  His response when I told him about the mold was, "Oh, well."  He told me and my husband to take it to the next level because his company wasn't paying for any of the repairs.  Now we are stuck with a $10,000.00+ bill, a rotten house, and this man is still building and remodeling in this area. SCARY!

The quote was competitive other quotes. When he quoted the gutters, he was about $100 cheaper and he came over and the crew did a great job. They were here in a couple of hours and matched the paint up perfect and I am really happy with them. It took him a couple of weeks to get over to us because he was super-busy. My wife said they were great.

Did not meet expectations.

The roofing done here in our house is fabulous. They do what they say they are going to do. They're prompt, very courteous and polite. And they clean up their mess. They even cut me a piece of metal so that I could keep it and write the color on the back, in case we happen to need more or when we have a roof damage or something. They also gave me a couple of pieces to build a roof for a birdhouse. They were nice gentlemen. They didn't do anything rude or play loud music to aggravate the neighbors. They didn't park in front of other people's houses. They were very conscientious. We got a reasonable price. It wasn't the cheapest but for the materials that we got, it was the best. I'm happy with them.

They were good.  Everything turned out great.  I would use them again in the future.
