They arrived on site ahead of schedule, and kept me up to date on what they found as they looked through the house. They were also happy to entertain any questions that I had throughout the inspection. They found dozens of issues with the home that had escaped my notice, and even volunteered opinions on some things not included in the inspection (e.g. concerns with dying trees and other landscaping issues outside of the house). Overall, I felt that the men from Westbrook Homes, LLC, were genuinely interested in insuring that I knew everything I could about the home. They were thorough and clearly dedicated to a high standard in their work. Additionally, their pricing seemed very fair compared to other inspectors. I couldn't be happier with their work.

I would recommend Mr. Westbrook to anyone needing a inspection. He paid attention to detail in the report and my seller agreed to fix all repairs.

The guys thoroughly inspected a house and detached garage for any defects and problems as well as for high radon levels. They are extremely detail-oriented and pointed out some things that are not obvious as you walk through a home. They provided a full report to us within a couple of hours complete with photos that allowed us to make a good decision. They had helped us with a previous home inspection, as well, and we knew they were definitely the inspectors we wanted on board with us as we moved forward in our home search.  Very knowledgeable about home construction, building codes and best practices. Also, really friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend using their services.

The inspection time was 9:30am and when I arrived at 9:20 they were already there hard at work. They were incredibly thorough in the inspection process, and both were very polite, professional and helpful.  I was looking through the house independently of them, but I would ask questions every so often about what they were finding and general questions about the house, and without hesitation they would give me their full attention and completely answer any question I had.

The 75 page inspection report arrived in my inbox no more than two hours after they left the house.  I couldn't have been more impressed with the timeliness of the report, and I was even more pleased with the product itself.  There were SO MANY pictures!  Every little thing they found came with a picture and an explanation and recommendation.  They even provided FYI pictures, like where the gas shutoff and water shutoff for the house were.

I really couldn't have been happier, and I will recommend them to every person I know who needs an inspection.

Now I know what to expect from the foundation repair providers and how to tell when they are overselling their services. Being prepared for the sales pitch that is, I'm sure, forthcoming...WORTH EVERY PENNY TO WHI3.

I have used WHI3 in the past for Deck inspection. Their written advisory enabled me to be able to tell when the subcontractor was taking dangerous shortcuts. I was able to stop payment and hire a new contractor to fix the substandard work.

As a first time homebuyer I had no clue as to how this was going to go or what I was supposed to be looking for. These guys were very knowledgeable and provided me with more than enough information about my new home and how to maintain it. They didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions that may or may not have been typical questions and they even suggested products and services that I can use in the future to make sure that I can keep my house in great shape. If you are in need of a home inspection this is the way to go. With the detailed inspection report they give you you know each and every aspect of your new home.

It went very well. We were not looking to nit-pick but to find areas of concern that might affect the integrity of the house or might cause a large expense to repair in the future. They were very positive about the house whole maintaining a thorough inspection.

Very thorough and friendly. Arrived early and had hi-res pictures of the roof and all areas of the house for the report they provided. I was able to use this report to negotiate my repairs and even got the owner to replace the roof as advised by the home inspection and subsequent roof inspection. This is an invaluable service that is a must when purchasing a home. Would use every time and recommend to everyone I know! Anthony and Chad and their staff are great to work with. Anthony has many years experience in construction as well and is very knowledgeable and helpful in all areas of home inspection and repair.

This was a very pleasant experience.  The inspection was very thorough, contained high quality photos, and detailed information.  We were able to be present for part of the inspection, and the inspectors walked through the home with us and helped us prioritize matters that needed attention.

I was impressed with this company from the initial phone call.  The lady i talked with was very professional, informative, prompt to schedule when I wanted the inspection.  The inspector, Chad, was great from the minute he stepped out of his vehicle.  He was on time, and went to work immediately.  Was concerned about what we were concerned about.  He continually updated me during the process.  Since this is a very old home, there were many issues.   He was extremely thorough!!  He is very customer oriented.  Then when we received the report i was really impressed.  Chad left no stone unturned and the report went above and beyond my expectations.  Not only did he point out issues, but offered solutions to the issues.  I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

It went great in my opinion. Anthony was actually about thirty mins early and was already starting the home inspection when I got there he went back over everything he had done in the inspection. I was very satisfied with his work and the thoroughness of his inspections. He caught a lot of things that I missed when we first viewed the home. I was very happy this the entire experience.   I would recommend this company to my friends.
First, when I called their office a person answered.   I had a limited time to have my inspection done, so it was great that I could schedule it immediately.   Later, I learned you can schedule inspections on their web site.   In comparison, I had called other inspection companies, one returned my call the next day.   I never heard from the others.  
Anthony and his partner showed up on time and began work immediately.   They were very thorough with their inspection.   They identified issues, their source and what remediation was needed.     They had no issue with me asking questions.  They provided thorough responses.   They actually fixed one item they ran across.  I received a number of helpful maintenance tips.
They had the proper instruments to measure and document moisture, relative humidity and do thermal imaging.   If you judge a craftsman by his tools, they passed.
Anthony had an HVAC contractor (Holland)  inspect the furnace and A/C.   I was prepared to separately hire an HVAC inspection.   This saved me time and money.     I was also happy with the service provided the the Holland inspector.
 In the past, I had issues with inspectors not thoroughly inspecting the roof.  No such problem this time.   
I used the Angie's List coupon and saved a few bucks.

It went great!  They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, and then a team of two people got to work.  They explained issues they found along the way and were complete in a timely manner.  I received full report the following day that was detailed and included pictures of all areas of concern.  They were very nice, very professional, and I have used the inspection report to know what to target as the new owner of the home.  I would highly recommend.

Anthony and his partner did a great job on our home inspection.  We were unsure about to who to use and he came highly recommended. We came to the house towards the end of the inspection and he took the time to talk about any concerns we might have had or any major issues that he had discovered.  The report was in our hands by early afternoon and he put in the summary the main things that would need to be fixed in order to safely live in the house. This was a huge help considering it was a very thorough inspection and there were a lot of little things to look through as well.  We will highly recommend Anthony Westbrook!
