Valiant's greed for my business prevented me from going to another vendor. As a result, I will be without airconditioning for 6 days. I have a home warranty with AHS and Valiant Heating & A/C is a vendor. My air conditioning broke down on Wednesday night and I requested service via AHS. Thursday morning I called Valiant and they told me they would not be able to see me until Monday. At 9.00 a.m. I called AHS for a referral to another vendor in the hopes of getting a Friday appointment. While I was on hold, AHS called Valiant and they said they would be able to see me on Friday. At 12.30 I received a phone call from Valiant advising they would not be able to see me until Monday. Had Valiant not told AHS that they would be able to see me on Friday then I would have been able to call other vendors and would probably have obtained an appointment on Friday.
Description of Work: My air conditioner broke down. Valiant did not service it.
