SHARP CARPET

Approximately three months after installation when I vacuumed the floor, I noticed a heavy white substance in my vacuum. I called and talked with Jeremy who I assume is the store manager and told him about this. He said he would get back with me, I waited another month and called back, he made an Appointment to come and look at the carpet. When he came he said that it was just dust, I asked him about the large amount of shedding and that it was showing wear in certain areas. He made a picture with his phone and said he was going to Gulf Shores, Al for a meeting with the carpet manufactures and he would discuss this with his representative. I did not hear from him after he got back so I called and asked him who the owner was and could I please have a copy of my invoice since I never received one. I called the owner Terry ??? told him the situation, he was going to call me back, I am still waiting for the call. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were really good.  We were pleased with them.  Teddy was professional and direct.  He gave us a very fair price.  The quality of the carpet was great.  The people who actually installed the carpet did an excellent job.  We have the carpet for less than a month now but we are very pleased with what they’ve done.  We will be using them again to complete the remainder of our home like the upstairs and things like that.
