Complete removal of existing layers of asphalt shingle & metal roofing. Replace any decking that is rotten or damaged, replace new felt & asphalt shingles or metal roof. Haul off and complete clean up during and after install complete. Time of completeion for new roof, 1-day (normal residential homes). Drywall, Painting, Caulking all performed as well on any inside damage you might have from old roof leaks.
