I Feel like we just got scammed. We paid $79 for a service call and they then charged my wife over $140 (on top of the diagnosis) to replace one flapper. I would not recommend or use them again. He was there for less than 20 minutes. Its good work if you can get it but I would not use them again. $200 to replace a flapper I am mean come on...That was with the $25 coupon too.

Latta stood by there work and were very responsive. Their prices are higher but they do great work.

Great experience with the service person he was professional and knew exactly what was wrong with our garbage disposal.

After a hard time trying to get estimates from other Plumbing companies (one company who specializes in trenchless replacement was a no show twice and another company gave me an estimate thinking the sewer line flowed uphill), I finally selected Latta Plumbing. Barry and his crew were great! Barry was the person who came out originally to do estimate and was very knowledgeable and communicated when he was arriving. He was my contact through the whole process and kept me up to date on progress of setup work and when they would show up to perform the work. They showed up on time which is big bonus! They also made sure I had sewer line available overnight saving me money for hotel stay. After the work was completed in two days, Barry sent someone the third day to put straw in my yard to prevent yard erosion where they had to dig as I live on a hill. This was a big job because they had to dig deep next to a retaining wall, dig up a small part of driveway, and remove hedges and big crape myrtles from where they needed to dig. They took great care to not damage my retaining wall and to minimize other damage needed to do job. They also repaired the driveway. I will definitely be hiring them for my next plumbing job.

The plumber showed up on time, but had to come back the next week because the O-ring that he replaced broke, probably because it wasn't greased (not sure).

They did a great job. It was estimated that the job would take half a day but once everything was done, it only took a few hours.

Brian was sent to my house and he did an outstanding job cleaning my pipes of roots.

It couldn't have gone any better. The plumber came out the day after I called, He was on time, friendly, and professional. No more drip, drip, drip. Prompt service + problem solved + reasonable rates. This will be my go-to for plumbing now.

I opted for the yard hydrant (though it was more expensive) because I thought it would look nice and for the added water pressure it offers. Latta came back early the next week and installed the yard hydrant in a few hours. Looks great, and they did a good job. Earlier in the year, they also installed a dishwasher for me after Home Depot (who delivered it) refused to install it due to some policy where they couldn't make it drain to a drain on another floor (the drain goes into the basement, where it connects to the sewer line or whatever). That was also quick and easy.

They were here when they said they would be, did what needed to be done and cleaned up afterward. They worked until the job was finished and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. Why can't everyone do business this way?

Professional and efficient.  Plumber explained the situation at each step of the process. System was repaired, landscape restored, and consumer educated about the system.

(1) The leak under the master bathroom sink.  The source of the leak was in one supply line, so Lamar had both supply lines changed out with sturdier lines (such as the supply lines for my toilets).
(2)  Rumbling sounds during wash cycles (washer and dishwasher). Lamar placed a pressure gauge on the backyard faucet and got a reading of 100 (much too high). He said that indicated the pressure regulator was about to go. He replaced the pressure regulator and set it for the proper water pressure level.
With the new supply lines, the leak under the master bathroom sink is completely gone, and with the installation of a new water pressure regulator, the rumbling sounds are gone.
I approved all the work and cost beforehand and am pleased with the completed work. I highly recommend Lamar and his company (Latta Plumbing Service, Inc.) for anyone needing professional plumbing services. Lamar and his assistant Tristan are kind gentlemen who know their craft and love their work.

My kitchen faucet began leaking badly last evening. I sent an email to one plumber and tried calling them this morning, but got no response. Then I called Latta Plumbing who assured me that they could have someone come today to take care of the problem. Two nice young men arrived as expected, evaluated the problem, retrieved the relevant part from their truck, and made the repair quickly. They showed me the old part and explained the problem. I will call Latta Plumbing again if I need quick and reliable service.

They have always been pretty good. They were really close. I think their prices are little bit higher than most. They were fast. They have been in business for a long time. They also jetted the mainline which cost $500. They didn’t know where to go in. I think they sent a rookie and they didn’t find the clean out. The guy was trying to find out what to do was basically, pointing in the wrong direction. They should have known what to do. They came out a second time and after talking to him, they did it right. I didn’t have any future problem. Their prices were pretty competitive. I would use them again because they are close by.
