Dorothy Reid was FANTASTIC! We were scheduled to close on a loan with
another lender. Due to their issues, we
did not proceed with them. After a recommendation
from our Realtor, I contacted Dorothy. She
was great - forthcoming, knowledgeable and responsive! The ball began rolling quickly; she was
prompt in her communication, friendly and very helpful. Night and day from the previous company we had
worked with. This is how the mortgage
process should be! After only 10 days from my initial call to Dorothy, we
closed with no problem. Can't get much better than that! I would definitely use her again.
