They had two installers come out to compete the work in about five hours. Their pricing was good for what I wanted. You will get good service here. They were professional, installed it and then took off.

I think they are kind of pricey but they are an excellent company. They also fixed something and that was reasonable. As far as the replacement cost, they are about competitive. I just happen to find someone who had a more competitive price. They just wanted to sign me up for a maintenance program. There was a little bit of sales pitch there. I think they really know what they are doing. All the technicians are NATE certified. I think what needs to be fixed gets fixed correctly and it’s not haphazard on how they repair something. I will just call them for a repair again. I read that they are NATE certified and that is pretty important and a whole lot of AC techs are not. I think they are family business and they have been in business for a long time.

Accidentally cut through a power line on my AC unit a few months back.  Called Herring and they had a couple of folks at my house within minutes, and the repair was done in a flash.

Have used them many times. They installed my heating and air system few years ago.  Always professional and on time.

My A/C unit started not cooling as well as it should on Sunday.  The blower motor wasn't blowing as it should.  I called a left a message to have them call me Monday.  They called before 8:00 am on Monday and had someone at my house by 8:30 am.Brandon examined the unit (still under warranty for 5 more days) and determined the fan motor was bad.  He was able to get the parts from another Herring office and returned and installed them.  Brandon was very professional.  I've used Herring several times and will use them again.

He did an excellent job. He was professional, kind, and polite. They were reasonably priced.

My air conditioner broke on Thursday..  I called Herring and was told someone would be out Friday afternoon.  Friday morning the repair technician (Charles) called and was at my house in 20 minutes.  He had my unit working in 30 minutes.  I could not have asked for a more courteous, efficient or professional repair call.  I would highly recommend.

They are very reliable and friendly and I would encourage anyone to hire them.

They were great. They were clean. They knew what they were talking about. They got here when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves.

I have used them in the past at a rental property and they did a really good job that is why I called them back. Some friends had recommended them to me.

They are excellent and we don't use anybody else. They always come when we need them and they take care of everything. We don't have to worry. They come 1-3 times each year and we've never had any problems. We have a year contract with them.
