So professional and courteous. Had my minivan towed to their shop and they were able to have it ready before lunch the following day. We were expecting a major transmission repair and were so pleased that the issue was a only a sensor. Very honest and straightforward about the needed repair. Highly recommend!

Everything went well. Before dropping my car off, they test drove my car and discussed the options for me. After selecting the option to repair, I was given as estimate. The owner explained that it could be a little less or a little more. It depended on what they found when they went inside. He also showed me an estimate for a similar repair job on the same make and model as my car. This wasn't exactly helpful to me because my car's level of wear may not have been as bad or maybe worse than another customer's car. However, everything was completed a day before the day promised, which was good.
Also, I was offered a warranty beyond the warranty they gave me for the repair job.
Everyone was very professional and friendly. I was hoping the price would be around 2000.00 or less. However, I've never had a rebuilt transmission before so I really didn't have any comparison. Anyway, that's the only reason they weren't rated and quot;excellentand quot; in that area. Overall, they did an outstanding job. Especially delivering the vehicle before the promised date.

My 4 cyl Toyota Tacoma has always felt a little underpowered. I bought it used with 75,000 miles and it now has 175,000 miles. A few months ago it started shifting later than it should when accelerating and stayed in lower gears longer than it should. The problem was intermittent. Finally got so bad I took it to Gardendale Wholesale Transmission expecting a transmission rebuild. Within a few minutes they said it was a throttle cable and it was a common problem on 4 cyl Tacomas. Since the repair the transmission shifts better than it ever has. Truck has more pep and feels like it shifts when it should. Employees were very nice, courteous.

They did not want to begin the work until I came to the shop to see the inside of my transmission and give me all the available options. This gained my trust in them and I approved the rebuild of my transmission. Despite our 2000 Chevy S10 pickup having over 200000 miles, the body, interior and drivetrain have plenty of life in them.

They didn't do any service until they called me first and explain all the problems. Although, it took them a lot of days to work on the car. They were very busy.

2000 Chevy Blazer inspected, oil leak was found, estimate to repair was given. Brannon will recheck in 2 weeks to see how bad the leak is and if a costly repair is necessary; and if/or a oil sending unit is needed. TODAY, thank goodness, the Blazer is doing good and no oil on driveway.

First class professional mechanics.Rates lower than other places. Great people to work with. Have had transmission work done, and also a starter replaced. They work on transmissions and perform other aotomotive repairs.The folks there know what they're doing, and are not trying to "take you to the cleaners". Highly, highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
