G & E Gutter and Window Co

I've used G and E Gutter Cleaning for my gutter cleaning for about a year now. I give them a call, and they work me into their schedule, no worries about having to be home or anything like that, they just mail me a bill. There's been a small price increase since the first time I've used them, think it was $120-125 the first time and $130 this last time. But they do a good job, not just cleaning the gutters, but cleaning anything that falls out during cleaning and generally leaving the area better looking then it was when they started. I'd recommend them to anybody who didn't need ASAP schedule service on a particular date.

Terrible! unreliable and would not recommend to anyone! Although recommended by a family member, I would not recommend. Company was no show and no call. Spoke with owner on Wednesday twice and he committed to having the job done THIS week and I stressed to him that it had to be done before Sunday. He told me I didn't have to be home and they would come and do the work. By Saturday, no one had come or called. I called and left message Saturday morning. Call was never returned. Don't commit if you can't deliver and if something comes up to keep you from providing the service at minimum call and explain or apologize. Now I have to find another company to do the work and I missed the deadline in which it needed to be done.

I was told on the initial phone call that because I live where I do it costs too much to just run by my house, plus they are running a week and a half behind schedule, so it would take a while to get out here. (their ad lists my community as one they do business in). The person I talked to (I thought his name was Bob) told me it would cost $125 to fix just the upper part that was rotten, so I might as well just go ahead and fix the whole thing, for $150. Also that he would put me on the list to come give me an estimate to clean my gutters. Just received a call back from them 2 weeks later to see whether I wanted them to do the work on my gutter for $125., but they couldn't give me a price for cleaning the gutters until they looked at them. But they wouldn't come look at them until they knew whether I wanted them to come fix my downspout. I told them someone left me a quote (on my mailbox) of $99 to clean my gutters and Randy ( ? ) from B and E told me they never do anything as cheaply as that. That they are not the cheapest game in town. Seriously??? In this day and age, I cannot believe they even wasted their time calling me back if they didn't want the business. This was definitely a first for me!!

Prompt response to provide estimate- I had contacted 3 other companies, over who never provided estimate, even though they said they would a 2 week period of time.

Prompt response to do the job.

G and E had to pull down the old gutters and the replace them with the new ones. It took about a day to do the work, and we're very satisfied with it. The new gutters work much better than the ones we had and leaves don't get caught in them.
