Upholstering
I will give the provider an A for effort and desire to please. I give them a C for the quality of the work performed. It was below my expectations especially since the charge was, in my opinion, a premium charge as $450 is a lot for 4 chair cushions, not including fabric. They did not follow instructions exactly even though the instructions were standard upholstery and they were 100% clear on what was to be done. I did not think the actual sewing was up to the level of their rates and that definitely influences this opinion. Their turnaround time was however, better than average. They also provide prompt pick up and delivery. The overall experience with this business was better than average, but the actual upholstery work was not as well done as I was expecting.
