Landscape Minor Grading or Resloping Service

We had a drainage issue that we hired Willis Excavating to resolve. Initial job $6,000. Was told that one of my wife's oak trees was in the middle of where the drainage ditch would have to go. Agreed to let it go. Would have been okay except I now had a river flowing through yard. Called them back for another $1,500 of which $300 was for bringing his equipment back. I refused to pay that since the job should have been done the first time. Lowered the area in front of my garage pad with no place for water to run. Now I have a big MUD puddle when it rains which creates mud tracks in my garage when it rains. Told him about this when I sent him the last check with no response. Sides of ditch are too steep to mow with riding mower which was one of my requests also. They are now eroding, so we're going to try and fix it ourselves. Job now looks hideous with a huge ditch running through our front yard.
