+ -1 moreMr. Cutlip met with me for 2 hours to discuss the many projects I need done to ready my home for sale. He was prompt and very thorough and said he would contact me the next day with an estimate. Four days later I sent him a text asking if he was still interested in the job but received no reply. Considering the Covid-19 issues I truly hope he and his family are fine, however, a 15 second reply text saying "there's a problem" or "not interested" would have been the right thing to do. I have wasted a week of valuable time when I could have been looking for another contractor. "At the end of the day. When all is said and done. A man is only as good as his word." (Author Unknown)
