The repair work was acceptable. The technician was rude and dismissive. His answer to my questions were "suit yourself" Even though I had scheduled this appointment 2 days prior, when he arrived ( late ) he told me he " really didn't have time to be here". We had to access the breaker box through a closet when he opened the closet door he began kicking things out of the way....one of those things was a box filled with Chrystal. This list goes on but I'm sure you can imagine the content....I think I mentioned he gave me a temporary fix on our AC compressor. I will not be calling him again.

We have used Napco for the last few years. He is always prompt, never had to wait all day for him to come out. Very professional...and gives advice on what we can do on our own to keep him from coming out..Great Guy!!
