Roofing
He tore off my old shingle roof, and put on the new metal roof. All other companies were asking to just put the metal on top of the shingles. He temporarily patched the holes in my roof and didn't charge extra to do that, even before I signed a contract. I only had to pay for the materials of the roof prior to installation and pay for labor after the roof was installed.
