 + -1 moreThis was a complete nightmare! My husband and I took our time when it came to purchasing a home. We had funds saved for the purchase and great credit which should have made the process fairly easy. However, due to the absolute lack of effort and competence of Mr. Robinson the process went into a downward spiral until we could take no more and eventually pursued another lender. Save yourself the pain and frustration that we experienced and go with another lender!
Description of Work: Craig Robinson was the loan officer we were referred to in order to purchase our first home. He was absolutely incompetent. He completely left us in the dark about the process, refused to return phone messages and email messages, was unorganized (making us sign duplicates of some forms), and eventually led to the closing date being extended over a week past the original closing date due to his inadequacies. He has no respect for his customers! We literally had to hunt him down and basically stalk him to ask a question. He was never forthright about the status of the loan and never gave us straight answers to our questions. When problems surfaced he didn't even bother to contact us and let us know about the situation.
