He comes and checks the bate traps and sprays if needed. He presents himself well, cares about his job. He always rings the bell to let me know he's here or leaves a note if I'm gone. 

He does the whole neighborhood and everyone respects him.

They had to do an inspection and set traps to see what bugs were around. The price is reasonable. 

They are very good, professional and thorough. The whole neighborhood uses them and are very happy.

I will continue to use them.

What they did, they did well.  However, if you wanted it sprayed on the inside, they didn't do the outside.  Also, we have a boat house/garage, they wouldn't do that unless they charged more.
They were very faithful to come once a month, around the same date.  The guy that did ours was very nice, and would do spray something extra if you asked.  This was greatly appreciated. 
Would have liked a call before spraying to ask if we were having any issues. 
Overall, they are not a bad company, just getting big.  I've switched to a smaller one.  They are $5. cheaper per month.  Didn't have to pay for a contract.  Call every time before coming.  Spray the inside, outside, the boathouse, and walk the yard.

Great comapny to deal with. On time, fair price.

John came in and set glue traps in order to find out wher the fleas were coming in. Based on that, he used a protocol that disrupts the flea breeding cycle, also killing the adults and larvae. At no time did he spray liquid pesticide around the house like the other companies do. By understanding the life cycle and behavior of a particular pest, Cooks is more effective and not disruptive. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!

Great people to work with. If you want something (ie additional work, discounts) just ask.

Thus far I have noticed a dramatic decline in the number of ants both inside and out. Very pleased in every way.

I live on the river and I used to have a lot of otters and flying roaches and I don't have any of those now.

They are a local company. Our home had been vacant for a long time before we purchased it, so we hired them. We have a service contract with them. The guy that comes out is great. He is nice, polite and thorough.

I have used them since I bought the house. I have used them for the past 7 years. I don't know if they have different ones for different areas or they work on square feet area, but I pay them $35. They come out once a month. They are excellent. If you have problems during the month and you need them to come out, there is no additional charge. They will come out whenever you need them. I like their service as they are very conscientious and if you need anything they don't hesitate to come out. They will contact you right back, when you call in. If you get a recording they will call you right back, if you call in the office, they will contact the guys that are on the road, and they will contact you right back. You don't have to wait forever to have somebody contact you. I would grade them excellent. I checked out a couple of other prices, they were better priced comparatively.
