We use them because we don't have any other choice, they are the only ones in our area. At this time we are satisfied with their services. We have "beyond the basics", the service is not bad. We have had a few power interruptions and customer service has always been able to get us back on line. If we had competition in the area we could check the price, but the quality would have to be as good as they are also.
