I contacted them through their website and someone called me the same day.
scott came out the day after to do a quote and i went ahead and payed materials that same day.
The cabinets took a few weeks to arrive and a little while to be installed.
afterwards the granite came in and to be honest, i didn't think at first i would be happy, but for the price, i got an amazing kitchen!
They then sent someone out to do the backsplash. once it was completed i paid them the rest of the labor.
They didn't ignore me, and tried to fix my nitpicked spots.
overall i am quite satisfied.
