concrete repair
+ -1 moreThe work was done on time and well. However, the ending price was more than 30% over his original bid. His bid was $5040.00. The final bill was $6,560.00 Ouch! We did not make any changes that would have increased the price, but because it took more concrete than he estimated and the concrete cost more per yard than he estimated, his labor costs also increased proportionately. Even though it was his POOR ESTIMATING that caused this discrepancy, he would not split the difference with us, . We would not have had one problem with his work, had we known what to expect when he gave us the bill. I would NOT use Bobby again or ever refer him to someone else.
Description of Work: Poured a concrete cart path. This was a difficult pour, as it was a 400 foot, curvy path down a mountain
