Last couple of times that they came for annual servicing they didn't crawl under the house as needed. They only opened the crawl space access door and sprayed from outside so that I would smell the poison and think that the job was done. I know this because It would take more than 10 minutes time to check the crawl space. And the last time, it had rained the night before which left my crawlspace very muddy. I told the technician that he can come back later after it dries which he responded that he already worked it. ?? His clothes & boots where dry and clean. After that second time I called and cancelled my annual service with them.

They always show up when they say they will. They don't go into my house. They don't go into my garage. They only look into 1 of my crawl spaces. I just found out this is an incompetent way to check for termites. Will be looking elsewhere for my pest control now.

During jury selection 18 of 48 potential jurors identified themselves
as victims of the same scam. Each one testified that they thought the
annual renewal was for a termite treatment. Potential jurors hammered
A-1 lawyers when the lawyers admitted in the jury selection process that
the annual sprays ?were not for termites.?

We have been using their services for the past 20 years.  We have never had any problems with this company, they have always been very good for us.  They even have a key to our home so we don't have to even be home when they come.

They have done a wonderful job. It turns out that our dogs had fleas and they were able to take care of it.  You never have to call them, they just show up when they are supposed to in honor of their bond.
