"Ken and Carrie are very nice. No one would bother calling me back as I Have a small yard but lots of overgrown places. they are doing it bit by bit. They charged me their base rate as they stated on the phone. The best part is they will come when I need the help. Any other service I contacted wanted me to commit to service. I will have them back in 2 weeks to do more work and when we get all this done then I will post pictures. We are very pleased with their services. They were going to come Sunday but since they were in the area they asked if they could come today. Ken is also a certified arborist. I will be having more done in the future as funds allow. Thanks Angi cause I have struck out on my own for the past year!"

The best time to plant is between spring and autumn. Springtime weather is typically mild and is when nurseries start to bloom. A thick layer of leaves also cuts off light and air that grass needs to grow. That’s why we suggest removing thick leaf layers within several days if possible. If your lawn goes dormant over the winter and snow has already caught up with you, then remove the leaves in early spring before your grass-growing season starts so your lawn can thrive.

Hedge plants are available in almost every size, from seedlings to fully mature, six-foot-tall shrubs. Planting smaller plants is much easier and more cost-effective. However, it can take years for the plants to reach maturity and create a full hedge. Garden centers and specialty retailers sometimes offer three to four-foot wide plants that you can simply plant next to each other for an instant full hedge.

Don’t worry if there’s a gap between cutting and planting an ideal branch. You can still cut the perfect branch when you see it. If you can’t get it in a pot or water right away, put it in a zip-top bag in the refrigerator. When you’re ready to finish the process, make a fresh cut.
