Plumbing
Water heater pilot went off for some reason. They recommended to go ahead and replace it. Not entirely convinced if it was really necessary, but since I have to rent it out, I went with it to avoid potential future issues. Quality of work was great, very fast, punctual.

Plumbing, Gas Leak Repair
I moved into the house around March, and when the hot water was turned on for the first time, I realized that the pipe was broken. Again, when the gas guys filled the gas range, they just cut the gas pipe, and when the gas was turned on, it started coming out in the kitchen. Phillips Plumbing fixed both the problems. They have done a lot of work at my offices and at both my houses too. They are very responsive and take care of me when I call them. It has been easy to get them out in emergencies or otherwise. I would rate them highly.
