They did a good job on maintaining our HVAC units and central dehumidification systems, but the technician used a chemical cleaner (second time this has happened) on one of our units, and I had to ask him to clean it off which he did. Everything else went fine.

Andrew did a nice job of figuring out why our AC stopped working in the basement and remedied the issue. We weren't charged a trip fee since we signed up for the yearly maintenance agreement which cost $240 per year and includes 2 HVAC maintenance visits and a discount on the services.

The unit was installed as fast as one could have been. They were inside and outside our house and left no sign that they had been here. I will always rely on this company as they have helped us with many other problems over the years.

It went better this time, and they did a good HVAC Maintenance for us. It cost $19.95 per month for a biyearly HVAC Maintenance program.

They did a good job in the past of working with our HVAC, but this time the technician was uneducated on Healthy House guidelines. I read to him what type of cleaners were suggested by our building biologist, and then the next thing I know, he's using the chemicals I just told him we could not use! Then he was upset that we asked him to clean them up, and he proceeded to use large amounts of our own healthy (and expensive) cleaners.

Shortly after I bought and moved into my current home, I noticed standing water near the HVAC system. I was referred to Midsouth and Cary came out to check it. He found that the condensation line was clogged so he cleared that for me and gave me some helpful suggestions to help with maintaining my system.

I called him again for a maintenance check when my air didn't seem to be making it to the top floor. He did another check, cleaned the air conditioning unit outside and made a few adjustments. Everything seems to be top notch now!

Both times that he came to my home, he was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was also very comfortable around my dog and offered some suggestions that may help with her skin allergies. I was very impressed!
