LOWE'S

I was recommended from Lowes Home Improvement to use this company. Before they left after the install was completed, I explained I wasn't satisfied with the work. They explained they would have to come back out and charge me again. They installed the disposal incorrectly. I had to actually call the manufacturer of the disposal to verify this was installed incorrectly. The manufacturer agreed that is was not properly installed. I was able to contact the store and get a refund.

The roofing was outstanding. They really went out of their way. I was pleased with the service I received and they did a superb job. They even offered a Lowe’s card where I could keep track of all of my home projects like paint colors, stock numbers, etc. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

On 3/14/11 I brought a Pella storm door from Lowe's in Fultondale, Al. The tinted glass I wanted had to ordered and was installed on 4/7/11. I started having problems with the door and finally called the Pella Co. Was told the door might not be level. I went to Lowe's and talked to the man I had brought the door from. He immediatly made arrangements for the contractor that had installed the door to check it out.Turned out the door needed to be replaced and this was done within 2 1/2 weeks. During this time I had several calls from the install dept insuring that everything was going as planned and I was satisfied with their service.
