 + -1 moreI should have known from the beginning that he was not dependable. Was told that my windows would be installed on July 13th. I removed all curtains and blinds and waited...and waited. About an hour after they were supposed to be there, I called him. They couldn't make it. What should have taken 2 weeks (at the most), has drug on over a month. He is quick to ask for the money, and slow to respond.
Description of Work: A VERY slick talker! Had his hand out for the money, but won't return to complete work that was not satisfactory. Put a vinyl floor down without repairing the surface underneath. You can press on the floor and actually feel holes and NAILS underneath. It is only a matter of time till it tears and I will need a new floor. Have called numerous times and am told that someone will be by...they never come, nor do they call to explain why they are not coming. He is not even interested enough to stop by to see why I am upset. Hung up on me last week when I told him how disappointed I was in his service. He is terribly unprofessional. Would never use or recommend him to anyone. Will probably have to hire an attorney.
