Small jobs welcome

I am a current senior at Auburn university, in the building science program. I recently did an internship in Charleston SC installing landscapes, hardscape, and irrigation. I am looking for small jobs that will allow me to get a business off the ground and gain experience at the same time.

"Everything went better than I ever expected. They cleaning crew was so professional and well mannered.  They attitudes was very pleasant. They dusted and cleaned everything from the baseboard to the ceiling fans and mini blind. I had spots on my carpet that I thought would never come out but they put some kind of cleaning solution to remove the spots. The bathroom where spotless and they left bottles of soap and hand sanitizers in both bathrooms.  The kitchen was also done to perfection the scrubbed the eyes on the stove I thought I was going to have to replace it but thanks to the Cleaning Supreme Service I didn't have to replace a thing. I would defiantly recommend them to somebody else"

Range Hoods questions, answered by experts

Yes, professionals can often retrofit models with minimal disruption.

A range hood is an exhaust fan for your kitchen, and several types and styles exist. They are meant to remove grease, moisture, and fumes from your stove. Although some models filter and recirculate the air, the most effective ones remove the air through a duct that’s vented to the outdoors.

No, range hoods do not necessarily have to be vented outside. Ductless or non-vented range hoods are available, which are common in condos or small kitchens where connecting to external ductwork isn't feasible. These hoods operate by taking in air, filtering it through charcoal filters to help eliminate smoke and odors, and then recirculating the cleaned air back into the kitchen. However, while these recirculating hoods are more versatile, venting to the outside is still the preferred and more effective method for completely removing smoke, odors, and gases from the room.

Yes, they can assess the size, kitchen layout, and ventilation requirements to make recommendations.

No, you can’t install just any microwave over your range. You have to get a specific type of microwave known as an over-the-range unit. These include venting and lighting features that you’ll need above your stovetop.

Although countertop units are more affordable, they won’t work for this type of installation. To avoid hazardous conditions in your kitchen, buy the right type of microwave for your needs.
