Found them on Internet. Filled out quote request on line. Was contacted by Wade salesperson Bob. My wife and I went to show room. Let us take a sample home. Had them come out to take measurements. Selected the tile and received a quote. Email them to let them know quote was to high. Price came in well above what I was going to pay. They came down and we agreed for them to do the job. We payed well over half down, took several weeks for tile to come in. Installer came and he had done floors in my house when we purchased, he can lie to your face. If you use Wade tile refuse to use Joel as your installer. Did not have enough tile to complete the job. Over 40 days from start to finish. Clean up was unsatisfactory. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Chris was salesman after Bob and if I used this company again I would want Chris.
Description of Work: Purchased and had installed kitchen backsplash.
