The crew was on time, friendly, courteous and knew what they were doing. They installed an outlet behind my gas range, removed an old ceiling fan and installed a new fan in about two hours. They cleaned up well and left no mess. My only wish is that they would have taken the old fan away. I highly recommend The Great S Electrical Services!!

The receptionist was extremely helpful and when I explained the situation, she understood the emergency I had and worked to get someone to me as quickly as possible. The electricians showed up right after 5 and did a great job in identifying to issue and resolving it. John Sherman went above what I would have expected. I will use them again!!

John called me immediately and I asked him to come the next day. He and his partner arrived right on time, and took care of my chirping smoke detector and since they were 10 years old, I had them replace all of them. They were quick, efficient, prompt and cleaned up as though they had never been here. Way better than when I nag my husband into doing the job! He will be my electrician from now on.
