I called them for an estimate on 5/4/2014. Chuck and Vickie Aker came out the same day and made several estimates on the degree of insulation to be added. I accepted the higher (R-49) estimate and asked when they could do it. I was floored when they offered to do it the next day, because I have several other jobs still outstanding after literally months of waiting for the work to be actually done.
They were exceptionally punctual - they gave me a 30 minute time frame for their arrival for the estimate, and met it. They gave me a time they would arrive to do the work, and were five minutes early (Unheard of at this location.)
The job was completed as scheduled, and the area was cleaned spotlessly - even a few stray bits of insulation in the yard were picked up.
Vickie told us in detail what they found, what they did to correct it, and answered all queries we had.
We could not have been more pleased with this experience!
