Arrived on time, came with all materials needed for job, and finished work  in day and half.  Very personable and professional.

Contractor prepared a sketch of the work to be done, used it to get the permit and to get the HOA approval. Work began on time, good materials were used, and completed promptly. Contractor is a very good communicator and manager of resources. Very pleased with the work.

It went great! It is a very nice room. It has crown molding and 5 in. base boards.It does not look like a converted porch. It looks like it has always been there. It brings the outside in. We also love the pergloa. It gave us the shade we needed and also keeps our sunroom cooler It is a great addition , which we are enjoying. Steve did everything we asked and is a pleasure to work with. He has great workmanship and keeps his word. We have used him several
times on smaller jobs and we're very pleased. He also has a great insight and makes suggestions which were very helpful.

Steve noticed a structural problem with our patio foundation where the water was not running off properly, so he was able to pour new concrete and correct this matter. Steve also advised us on a lower level foundation for our pool room in the event flooding occurred this lower leveling would prevent potential flood damage in our home. We had many challenges building around a 12 ft L X 7.5 ft W swim spa, but Steve always exceeded our expectations even when faced with difficult challenges. Steve and his crew are professional, honest, caring, and very reliable. Now days, it is difficult to find someone who provides quality work and genuinely cares by going the extra mile to make customers happy, but Steve continuously demonstrated these attributes. Steve and his crew did a fantastic job and we recommend him for any construction project.

The rotting door frame looks great...they discovered more rotting wood when they got into it and replaced that as well. They sealed all the areas and repainted the frame so it looks like new. As for the floor, Steve quoted a 'worst case' scenario, and once into the job, found it wouldn't be the worst case (hooray). He and his team replaced the floor, sub-floor and put down the tile, grouted and added got everything wrapped up quickly.
I was impressed on the first day: Steve outlined the plan to his crew and they got right to work - one person on the door frame and the other two on the bathroom. Within 45 minutes, the tile was off the floor and they showed me the extent of the rot in the bathroom...same for the door.
They were here for 4.5 hours on the first day and a 90 minutes on the second day - quick, efficient and complete.
I'll add that Steve was very personable, professional and helped me to understand the back-story behind the repairs. I will gladly recommend Steve to anyone that asks (I come across folks needing repairs), and we will use him again.

I initially met Steve when when had some backsplash put in our kitchen.  Over the past 2 1/2 years Steve has installed a sprinkler system, replaced a broken kitchen faucet, and tore down an old privacy fence.  Steve is a jack of all trades.  He is very professional and has become a good friend.  About 3 weeks ago we had a bad thunderstorm and it blew out a screen panel on our patio.  I called Steve on a Monday and the following Saturday he was here bright and early.  He tore out the old screen and replaced it with new.  I cannot give this guy enough praise.  He is always on time, very professional and does not goof off or do a shabby job.  He doesn't leave until you are satisfied.  If there is a problem all you have to do is give him a call and he will come back and resolve the issue with no additional charge.
If you need any kind of home repair or modifications, Steve is your man.  He won't let you down.
