I am writing to offer my heartfelt apologies for the miscommunication that occurred regarding the trimming of your palm tree and the removal of bark. I fully understand your concerns and frustrations, and I want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously. Upon reviewing the situation, it has become evident that there was a misunderstanding regarding our standard practices. While we do remove the lower loose palm fronds as part of our trimming service, we do not typically remove all of the bark unless specifically requested by the customer."
