Hardwood Flooring Service
$30,000
We currently have a lawsuit against him for twenty thousand dollars. He did not finish the job he started. I was very unhappy with his services.

The owner is Jackie O’Neil.  We have spent a lot to begin with for about $20000.  He tricked us out for a lot of money.  I would not like to see him do it anyone else.  He started work probably in June last year and that went through to October 2011.  We finally figured that he was not going to do the work.  He did a little bit of work but he never did finish anything.  We spent at least $30000 with him and may be he did about $10000 worth of work.  We will absolutely not use him again.

General Remodeling
$40,000
We hired Pryor Construction, Jackie O'Neal, to do a complete remole job on our house in Magnolia Springs, AL. He seemed very professional, had a contract stating what he would do in different stages and what it would cost. We made the mistake of paying most of this $40,000 up front to him. My husband was having health problems and we needed someone to take charge and get the job done. We had full trust in Mr. O'Neal.

The work started out pretty good, but after just a few weeks nothing was being done. He said he couldn't fine good help. After about four months and not one job was completed on our house my husband went to his house to talk to him. Mr. O'neal had been drinking a lot when my husband got there. Mr. O'neal appologized for not getting any work done and assured my husband he would get started again on the next Monday.

On Monday he never showed up or called. At that point we had given up on him and filed a suit against him with the county courts. We figured he owe us at least $20,000.

We drove by his house in December 2011 and it appeared he had moved.
